The influence that peace agreements have on constitutions is measured by finding constitution sections that are semantically similar to provisions of preceding peace agreements.
This process is referred to as semantic mapping where constitution sections are mapped by agreement provisions.
Where a constitution section and a preceding agreement provision are semantically similar,
the section is mapped onto the provision.
Using the interface below:
- Select a country-constitution pair (the constitution is shown in parentheses) to see a
time-ordered list of peace agreements.

Select an agreement to see the provisions in the agreement that are semantically similar to
one or more sections in the constitution.

Select a provision to see a list of semantically similar constitution sections.

Select a section to open the section's constitution in the
Constitute Project website at the section's location.
